Her funeral service was at 1:30 PM on January 28, 1955. The last place she 
lived was 254 Euclid Avenue- Ridgefield Park, New Jersey; she was 76 when she 
died, her occupation was "Housewife" according to her Burial Permit. Mr. Roy 
Carroll is the owner of the lot where she is buried. She was buried on January 
28, 1955 at 2:15 PM.
She was in the hospital for twenty-three days and died on January 25, 1955 at 
7:10 AM.
The informant of her condition was Mrs. Margaret Porter. She is buried in the 
Evergreen Cemetery of Jacksonville, Florida.

The 1927 Gary, Indiana City Directory lists Mrs. Fannie Carroll and three 
children living in that city, which could be an indication that Thomas was 
deceased.

She is buried at the Evergreen Cemetery Lot 17-2 Section N3/4 218 South Grave

In 1920 she lived in Bird, Arkansas
