QUIT CLAIM DEED 74352   JOHN PUGH ETAL TO EMELINE PUGH State of Illinois
Vermilion County. I W. H. CARTER recorder within and for the County and State
aforesaid, do hereby certify that the within instrument was filed for recorded
on the 23 day of Jany a. d. 1908 at 11 o'clock A.M. and duly recorded in
volume 208 of Deeds on Page 422. In Testimony Whereof, I have hereunto set my
hand the day and date aforesaid.  W.H. CARTER recorder. 

The Grantor's JOHN PUGH and ALICE  PUGH, his wife, ROBERT PUGH and LILLIE
PUGH, his wife, SENA LONSBOUGH and WILLIAM LONSBOUGH,her husband, MILLIE
KELLER, a widow of Danville in the County of Vermilion and state of Illinois
for the consideration of one dollars, convey and quit-claim to EMELINE PUGH of
Danville County of Vermilion Stae of Illinois all interest in the following
described Real Estate, to-wit: 
Lot Three (3) in block four (4) in McReynolds addition (first) to the city of
Danville Illinois, and being same as Lot three (3) in Block (12) in a certain
addition to Danville Illinois , laid out by JOHN PEARSON in 1836 and since
vacated except that Chestnut Street along the North side of said lot is Three
(3) rods wide and there is an alley one (1) rods wide along the South side of
said lot instead of as in the plat of said JOHN PEARSON'S addition and being
the premises conveyed by CHRISTOFF STREBING  to AMANDA J. JAKWAY by warranty
deed dated December 22, 1891 and recorded in deed Recorded 113 on page 81 in
the Recorder's office of Vermilion County Illinois in Danville. 
Situated in the County of Vermilion in the State of Illinois, hereby releasing
and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of
this state.

known to me to be the same persons whose names are subscribed to the foregoing
instrument appeared before me this day in person, and acknowledged that they
signed, sealed and delivered the said instrument as their free and voluntary
act, for the uses and purposes therein set forth, including the release and
waiver of the right of homestead. Given under my hand and notarial seal , this
