Quit claim Deed 74353 LUCY HARDEN ET AL to EMELINE PUGH State of Illinois,
Vermilion County . I   W. H. CARTER recorder , within and for the County and
State aforesaid, do hereby certify that the within instrument was filed for
recorded on the 22 Jany, A. D. 1908 at 11 o'clock P.M. and duly recorded in
volume 208 of Deeds on page 423. 
In testimony whereof, I have hereunto set my hand the day and date aforesaid.

The Grantors LUCY  HARDEN (a widow), of Homer in the County of Champaign and
State of Illinois, and GEORGE PUGH and IDA PUGH, his wife of Indianapolis in
the County of Marion and State of Indiana for the consideration of one dollar,
convey and quit-claim to EMELINE PUGH of Danville County of Vermilion State of
Illinois all interest in the following described Real Estate, to-wit: Lot
Three (3) in block four (4) in McReynolds addition (first) to the city of
Danville Illinois, and being same as Lot three (3) in Block (12) in a certain
addition to Danville Illinois , laid out by JOHN PEARSON in 1836 and since
vacated except that Chestnut Street along the North side of said lot is Three
(3) rods wide and there is an alley one (1) rods wide along the South side of
said lot instead of as in the plat of said JOHN PEARSON'S addition and being
the premises conveyed by CHRISTOFF STREBING  to AMANDA J. JAKWAY by warranty
deed dated December 22, 1891 and recorded in deed Recorded 113 on page 81 in
the Recorder's office of Vermilion County Illinois in Danville situated in the
County of Vermilion in the State of Illinois , hereby releasing and waiving
all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of this State .

State of Illinois Champaign County, I G. M. C. ELDER notary public in the said
County , in the State aforesaid, do hereby certify that LUCY HARDIN (a widow)
personally known to me to be the same person whose name is subscribed to the
forgoing instrument appeared before me this day in person, and acknowledged
that she signed, sealed and delivered the said instrument as her free and
voluntary act, for the uses and purposed therein set forth, including the
release and waiver of the right of homestead. Given under my hand and notarial
seal, this 23 day of November A. D. 1907. G.M.C. ELDER notary public 
State of Indiana Marion County , I W.A. FOLKERTH a notary public in and for
the said county, in the State aforesaid, do hereby certify that GEORGE PUGH
and IDA PUGH his wife personally known to me to be the same person whose name
is subscribed to the forgoing instrument appeared before me this day in
person, and acknowledged that she signed, sealed and delivered the said
instrument as her free and voluntary act, for the uses and purposed therein
set forth, including the release and waiver of the right of homestead. Given
