The Grantors LUCY HARDEN (a widow), of Homer in the County of Champaign and State of Illinois, and GEORGE PUGH and IDA PUGH, his wife of Indianapolis in the County of Marion and State of Indiana for the consideration of one dollar, convey and quit-claim to EMELINE PUGH of Danville County of Vermilion State of Illinois all interest in the following described Real Estate, to-wit: Lot Three (3) in block four (4) in McReynolds addition (first) to the city of Danville Illinois, and being same as Lot three (3) in Block (12) in a certain addition to Danville Illinois , laid out by JOHN PEARSON in 1836 and since vacated except that Chestnut Street along the North side of said lot is Three (3) rods wide and there is an alley one (1) rods wide along the South side of said lot instead of as in the plat of said JOHN PEARSON'S addition and being the premises conveyed by CHRISTOFF STREBING to AMANDA J. JAKWAY by warranty deed dated December 22, 1891 and recorded in deed Recorded 113 on page 81 in the Recorder's office of Vermilion County Illinois in Danville situated in the County of Vermilion in the State of Illinois , hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of this State .
