County , I W. H.CARTER Recorder, within and for the County and State
aforesaid, do hereby certify that the within and foregoing instrument os
writing was filed for recorded on 15 day of Jany A. D. 1913 2:25 o'clock p.m.
and duly recorded in Volumn 325 of Deeds on page 310. In testimony where of, I
have hereunto se t my hand the day and date aforesaid, W. H. CARTER recorder
State of Illinois Vermilion County   I , O. A McFARLAND, a Notary Public, is
and for said county, in the State aforesaid, do hereby certify that EMELINE
PUGH , a widow, personally known to me to be the same person whose name is
subscribed to the foregoing instrument, appeared before me this day in person,
and acknowledged that she signed, sealed and delivered the said instrument as
her free and voluntary act, for the uses and purposes therein set forth,
including the release and waiver of the right of homestead.  Given under my
hand and Notarial seal this 25th day of July A. D. 1913

The Grantor 	EMELINE PUGH , 	of Danville in the County of Vermilion and State
of Illinois
 for and in consideration of one dollar and other good and valuable
consideration in hand paid, convery and warrant to SAMUEL I. JAKWAY and MARY
EDITH JAKWAY, his wife, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common, of
Danville county of Vermilion State of Illinois the following described real
estate:   
Lot Three (3) in block four (4) in McReynolds addition (first) to the city of
Danville Illinois, and being same as Lot three (3) in Block (12) in a certain
addition to Danville Illinois , laid out by JOHN PEARSON in 1836 and since
vacated except that Chestnut Street along the North side of said lot is Three
(3) rods wide and there is an alley one (1) rods wide along the South side of
said lot instead of as in the plat of said JOHN PEARSON'S addition and being
the premises conveyed by CHRISTOFF STREBING  to AMANDA J. JAKWAY by warranty
deed dated December 22, 1891 and recorded in deed Recorded 113 on page 81 in
the Recorder's office of Vermilion County Illinois in Danville situated in the
County of Vermilion in the State of Illinois , hereby releasing and waiving
all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of this state :
The grantor reserves the use, occupation and enjoyment of the above described
real estate without impeachment for waste for the term of her natural life.
