JAKWAY by warranty deed dated December 22, 1891 and recorded in deed Recorded 113 on page 81 in the Recorder's office of Vermilion County Illinois in Danville situated in the County of Vermilion in the State of Illinois , hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of this state : The grantor reserves the use, occupation and enjoyment of the above described real estate without impeachment for waste for the term of her natural life.
