She was born April 8, 1965, in Danville, to Richard Juvinall and JoAnn Mascari Juvinall. Mrs. Ashley was a homemaker. Survivors include her husband, Richard Ashley of Terre Haute; a son, Austin Allen Ashley at home; her father, Richard Juvinall and his wife Carolyn of Danville; her mother, JoAnn Keller and her husband Robert of Kingman, Ind.; a brother, Richard Allen Juvinall and his wife Teresa of Danville; a sister, Lisa Juvinall of Danville; four nieces, Tiffany, Kayla, Alayna and Stephany Juvinall, all of Danville; one nephew, Lucas Juvinall of Danville; father-in- law, Rev. Victor T. Ashley Sr. and his wife Shirley Ann of Terre Haute; brothers-in-law, Victor T. Ashley Jr. and Carl E. Ashley, both of Terre Haute; sister-in-law, Veronica M. Ashley of Terre Haute; and several cousins. Ruthann was a member of Catlin Church of Christ and was active in Lifeway Ministries. Victor Ashley officiating. Graveside services will be at 3:30 p.m. (Illinois time) in Oak Hill Cemetery in Danville with the Catlin Church of Christ officiating. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. (Indiana time) Thursday, July 12, 2007, at the funeral home.
