He was born March 16, 1972, in Danville, Ill., the son of Danny W. and Joyce A. (Miller) Spicer. Survivors include: his father and stepmother, Danny W. and Darlene Spicer of Fishers; his mother and stepfather, Joyce A. (Miller) and Theo R. York of Palestine, Ill.; two sisters, Stephanie F. Harvey of Champaign, Ill., and Katelyn M. Spicer of Chrisman, Ill.; a brother, Bradley L. Spicer of Fishers; grandmothers, Frances Spicer of Covington, Ind., Norma Miller of Palestine; Audrey Miller of Chrisman, Ill., and Joanne Caplinger of Fishers; stepsister, Ashlee J. Stivers of Long Beach, Miss.; a niece, Sydni Harvey; and a nephew, Jathen Spicer. Brian was a loan officer for Irwin Mortgage Company in Indianapolis for three years. He was a member of Colonial Hills Baptist Church and Good News Mission. He graduated from Danville Area Community College. Services: 11 a.m. EST Friday, March 29 at Colonial Hills Baptist Church, 8140 Union Chapel Road, Indianapolis; Visitation: 4-8 p.m. EST Thursday, March 28 at the church; Burial: Union Chapel Cemetery; Memorial contributions to Good News Mission, 2716 E.
