   The Speech Class of 1936 entered and placed in the following contests:
Armstrong Sub-County; Bismarck County; Rankin Sub-District; Normal District;
Henning Invitational; Wesleyan Invitational; and the N.F.L. contest at Lincoln,
Illinois. The Class takes this means of showing their appreciation to Mr.
Wilson, Miss Cross, and Mrs. Randolph for their splendid cooperation and
encouragement, which helped them win success. The members are:

Top Row—Mr. Wilson, Dale Jameson.
Middle Row—Alton Smith, Elizabeth Lowe, Miss Cross, Thelma Gritton.
Bottom Row—Lorraine Hoth, Helen Ruth Stone, Louise Scott, Martha Lois Stahl,
Alice Cooper.
