Marriage: COX-INGRAM WEDDING VOW READ SUNDAY Announcement is made of the marriage of Miss Roberta Cox, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Cox Rossville and Harry Leo Ingram son of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Ingram , Hoopeston. The ceremony occurred at 3:30 p.m. Sunday January 1, 1939 in the Christian Church parsonage, Rev. Paul D. Magnuson reading the single ring ceremony. The bride was attractive in a street length wine colored velvet dress with matching accessories. Robert Cox father of the bride and Harry Ingram father of the bridegroom were present at the ceremony. Mrs. Ingram graduated from the Rossville high school with the class of 1934 and has been employed with the Royal Blue Store in Rossville the past four years. Mr. Ingram attended Hoopeston High school and has been engaged in farming with his father. A 6:00 o'clock wedding dinner was served at the home of the brides parents with members of the immediate families present. The couple left on a wedding trip to Chicago and Gary, Indiana.
