VOWS PLEDGED IN ROSSVILLE Henning--Mr. and Mrs. F. E. Lanham announce the marriage of their only daughter, Leola Mae, to Ernest Queen, son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Queen, Rossville Vows were pledged Saturday evening, May 11, 1940 at the Methodist parsonage in Rossville. Ceremony was performed by the Rev. A. H. Flagge, pastor of the Methodist church. Attending the couple were Miss Luciell Luttrell, Henning and Grank Taylor, Potomac. The bride was attired in navy blue and dusty rose accessories, and wore corsage of gardenias. Miss Luttrell wore blue with black accessories. A wedding supper was served to the immediate family at home of the bride's parents. Mrs. Queen, a graduate of Henning High School in 1938, attended Illinois State Normal University and was graduated from Roland Beauty School, Danville. The bridegroom , a graduate of Rossville High School, in 1937, spent a year in CCC camp in Wisconsin , has been farming the past year.
