John J Bonner now deceased , of Monmouth, son of Hugh and Susan Leeper 
Bonner ,Hugh from NC Susan from Union CO Ind

Was attending a school in Chicago when Civil War started. Was in the war Union 
side.After the war went to Kirkwood Ill . Ran about here there and everwhere. 
WIlling to send interested parties scanned page I got from my library.
Married Caroline Wray daughter of John Wray & Sarah Davis.
children Erie Belle, Edward E deceased, Clyde Emerson, Howard L, William Hugh 
deceased,Roy Elwood, Earl D,Charles Raymond, Maude, Morris E twin to Maude,and 
John L.
Mr Bonner was a Republican and joined United Presbyterian church of which wife 
still a member.
