LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF Samuel J. Foster, DECEASED.

State of Illinois
White County

In the Name of God Amen:  I Samuel J. FOSTER of the town of Enfield in the 
county and state of Illinois of the age of sixty-three years, and being of 
sound mind and memory do make publish and declare this my last will and 
testament, in manner following that is to say:  First I give and bequeath to my 
wife Julia A FOSTER all my real estate and personal property of whatsoever 
kind, during her lifetime to have and use and dispose of the same according to 
her own free will.  It is hereby specified as a condition of this will that she 
is to sell a sufficient amount of my personal property or real Estate to pay 
all just claims against my estate and that she have full power to do so.

Second.  At the death of my wife Julia A. FOSTER I (unreadable) and devise to 
each of my children whatsoever remains (unreadable) my estate an equal interest 
in all the estate and personal property belonging to my estate their names 
being Minnie M. MILLERR wife of Charles E. MILLER, Rose E. MILLER wife of 
Luther M. MILLER, John C. FOSTER, Julia A. LAND, wife of A. Green LAND, Mary C. 
FOSTER, Maggie J. FOSTER, and Lizzie O. FOSTER.  And lastly I do hereby appoint 
my wife Julia A. FOSTER sole executor of this my last Will and Testament 
without bond.  Hereby revoking all former Wills made by me.  In witness whereof 
I have hereunto set my hand and seal this the 13th day of January in the year 
of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and ninety six.
