Special Telegram to the Inter-Ocean

Joliet, Ill., Nov. 4 - A young man named Dougall died on the cars while 
nearing this city on the Denver train from the West this afternoon. He was a 
brother of Dr. Dougall, of this city, and was en route for Joliet on a visit. 
Although suffering from paralysis, induced by exposure in Colorado, his death 
was sudden and entirely unexpected by his brother, who was awaiting him at the 
depot.
