Alberta Rose Clinton, 87, of San Diego, California, formerly of Peotone
Died Friday, February 6, 2009 in San Diego. 
Visitation: 3 pm to 8 pm Friday Fedde-Helfrich-Cross Funeral Home, Peotone. 
Funeral Mass 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church in 
Peotone, where she was a member. 
Father Denis White will officiate.

Interment: Mount St. Patrick Catholic Cemetery, Wilton Center. 
Luncheon to follow at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church. 
The family invites everyone to attend. 
Memorials: The Elizabeth Hospice of Escondido, California or to Alzheimer's 
Disease Research.

Mrs. Clinton was a homemaker. 
Born April 21, 1921, in Jefferson City, Iowa, the daughter of Albert and 
Catherine Carbery Delaney. 
Husband, Thomas L. Clinton, whom she married April 7, 1945, in Joliet, died 
September 8, 2002. 
Former member of the Peotone Junior Woman's Club and the Altar and Rosary 
Society at her church. 
Avid golfer and belonged to the women's golf league at Minnie Monesse Golf 
Course in Grant Park. 
Enjoyed painting and other art activities. 
Enjoyed playing mah-jongg with her friends in Peotone.

1 son and daughter-in-law, Raymond and Carol Clinton of Mt. Horeb, Wisconsin
3 daughters, Roberta Clinton Murry of Santa Monica, California
Kathy Clinton Gaylor of Escondido, California
Rita (Hank Settle) Clinton of Las Vegas
5 grandchildren:
Michael (Allison) Clinton
Mark (Tina) Clinton
Margaret (Steven) Pulley
Chris Gaylor
Angie Gaylor
3 great-grandchildren:
Ryan and Molly Clinton
and Makenna Pulley.

Deceased:
Her parents
3 sisters, Angela Delaney, Jean Delaney Webb, June Delaney; 
and 2 brothers, Gerald and Ray Delaney.
