Services: 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Zion Lutheran Church of Beecher Pastor Aaron Moldenhauer will officiate. Burial: St. John's Cemetery, Country Club Hills. Pallbearers: Curt and Lloyd Hupe, Jeff and Brian Mundt, and Kenneth and Matthew Baker. Memorials may be made to Zion Lutheran Church of Beecher, Grace Lutheran Church of Peotone, the Peotone Paramedics, or to the American Cancer Society. Bookkeeper at Hupe Hardware in Peotone. Born Sept. 4, 1915 in Chicago. Married Herman E. Hupe May 9, 1936, in Roseland Herman died July 3, 2005. Member of Zion Lutheran Church of Beecher and Grace Lutheran Church of Peotone. She enjoyed golfing, working crossword puzzles, and reading. Surviving: 2 sons, Daniel Hupe of Peotone and Michael Hupe of Darby, Montana 1 daughter and son-in-law, Virginia and Ronald Mundt of Dodgeville, Wisconsin 7 grandchildren 3 great-grandchildren 1 brother and sister-in-law, Merlin and Frances Krueger of San Jose, California 1 stepbrother, Paul Reichert of Lansing.
