Feb 7, 1918
Kelly – M. L. Kelly, 71 years old, died in his home, five miles west of 
Wilmington, last night. He is survived by his widow, three daughters, Mrs. 
Agnes K. Donahue, Mrs. T. M. Cannon and Miss Esther Kelly of Chicago; and two 
sons, A. J. Kelly of Wilmington and Dr. J. R. Kelly of Chicago.  The funeral 
will be held from the home Saturday morning to St. Rose’s church, Wilmington, 
at 10:30 o’clock. Burial will be in the Catholic cemetery. (newspaper unknown, 
dated Feby. 7, 1918)
