The widow of the late James McNamara who preceded her in death 16 years ago and was a brakeman for the EJ&E railroad. Mrs McNamara was also preceded in death by a son, Laurence J McNamara who died two years ago. A native of Braidwood, she lived in Joliet the last 38 years. She was a member of the Altar and Rosary Society, Guardian Angel Sewing Guild, LCBA and Lady Trainmen. Surviving are a son, James E McNamara; three daughters, Mrs Joseph C Miller of Joliet, Mrs Joseph R Richardson of Lockport, Mrs John T Kwasegroch of Blue Island, Ill; seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild; three sisters, Mrs. TJ O'Connor of Wellington Kan, Mrs AW Hall, Mrs William Maffett of Racine, Wis; and a brother Laurence Barrett of Waukegan Ill. The funeral will be Wednesday at 9am from the Fred C Dames Funeral home. St Raymond's church for services at 9:30am. Burial (will) be in Mount Olivet Cemetery.
