Ronald John Pooley Sr., 58, of rural Peotone, died suddenly Thursday, January 
25, 2007, at his home. Visitation will be from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday at the 
Fedde-Helfrich Chapel, Peotone, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday. 
Rev. Timothy Mitchell will officiate.

Interment will be in Peotone Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Peotone 
paramedics.

Mr. Pooley was retired from Mobil Chemical Corporation in Frankfort. He was 
born April 14, 1948, in Kankakee, the son of Harold J. and Mary E. Morrison 
Pooley.

Surviving are two sons and one daughter-in-law, Kevin John and Jennifer Pooley, 
and Ronald John Pooley Jr., all of Peotone; one daughter and son-in-law, 
Christine L. and Benjamin Bailey of Park Forest; six grandchildren, Brenden and 
Kyle Pooley, Hanna Pooley, Zachary Bailey, Wyatt Pooley, Sebastian Bailey; and 
one brother and sister-in-law, Dave and Kelsey Pooley of Charleston.

His parents, Harold (2004) and Mary (2005), are deceased.
