Welsh, 83, of Peotone, died Thursday, October 11, 2007, at Bradley Royale Nursing Home in Bradley. Visitation: 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday at Fedde-Helfrich Chapel in Peotone. Funeral services: 10 a.m. Monday at Fedde-Helfrich Chapel. Rev. Timothy Mitchell will officiate. Interment: Wesley Cemetery, Wilmington. Pallbearers: Michael Patton, Kevin and Brian Meyer, Earl Welsh III, Mark Welsh and Jason Bade. Memorials made to the family wishes. Mrs. Welsh was a homemaker. Born January 29, 1924, in Rockville Township. She was the daughter of Louis and Ione Hammond Corlett. Surviving: Her husband, Earl H. Welsh Sr., whom she married Oct. 6, 1942, in Kankakee; 2 sons and daughters-in-law, Elwynne and Joan Welsh of Peotone Earl Jr. and Cindy Welsh of Wilton Center 2 daughters and sons-in-law, Dorothy and Willard Meyer of Beecher Earline and Charles Patton of Channahon 8 grandchildren, Kevin and Brian Meyer Michael Patton Amy (Jason) Bade Erin and Mark Welsh Earl Welsh III Stacy Welsh 4 great-grandchildren, Tucker Peyton Camden and Parker Bade 2 sisters and brothers-in-law, Mildred and Bill Waltz of Wilmington Sharon and Dean Bird of Tamaroa and numerous nieces and nephews.
