Earl H. Welsh Jr., 54, of Wilton Center, died Sunday, October 4, 2009, at the 
University of Chicago Hospital, Chicago. 
Visitation: 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Fedde-Helfrich-Cross Funeral Home, 
Peotone & 10 a.m. Friday at the Wilton Center Federated Church, until the 11 
a.m. services. 
The Rev. Heather J. Henson will officiate.
Interment: Wilton Center Cemetery. 
Memorials to the family wishes.
He was a development analyst for Caterpillar, Inc. in Joliet for more than 35 
years. 
Born May 5, 1955, in Joliet.
Parents: Earl H. Sr. and Maurine U. Corlett Welsh. 
Enjoyed fishing, playing cards and traveling.
Surviving: Wife, the former Cindy Padgett, of Wilton Center, whom he married 
April 6, 1978, in Kankakee
1 son, Earl Henry "JR" Welsh III of Manteno
1 daughter, Stacey Marie Welsh of Wilton Center
Father of Peotone
1 brother and sister-in-law, Elwynne and Joan Welsh of Peotone
2 sisters and brothers-in-law, Dorothy and Willard Meyer of Beecher and
Earline and Charles Patton of Channahon
Numerous nieces and nephews.
Mother died October 11, 2007.
