Obit of Irna Webb Johnston Dated in by hand in ink as Oct 26, 1960. Newspaper unknown. Wife of Benton Attorney Dies, Funeral Friday Irna W. Johnston, 78, 532 East Main Street, Benton, died Wednesday, at 8:30 pm at her home. She was the wife of William B. Johnston, Benton attorney and a member of the Primitave Baptist church in Benton. Besides her husband she is survived by her sons, William Webb Johnston, Franklin County judge and Walter C. Johnston, special FBI agent, Granite City; two brothers, Sid and Grover C. Webb, Benton; a sister Mrs. J.H. Elrich, Downens Grove, and seven grandchildren. The body will lie in stte at the Mitchell funeral home in Benton after 5 pm today. Funeral services wil be conducted Friday at 2 pm at the First Baptist church in Benton by Elder T. Leo Dodd, pastor of the Primitave Baptist church, assisted by Rev. William Bohn of First Baptist church. Burial will be in the IOOF cemetery in Benton.
