Obit of Dated in by hand in ink as Oct 16, 1960. Newspaper unknown. James B. Jones, Johnston City, Dies In Hospital James B. Jones, 76, 1004 Washington Avenue, Johnston City, died today at 6: 30 am in Barnes hospital at St. Louis where he had been a patient two weeks. Born in Franklin county, Jones raised his family in this city, then moved to Miami, Fla., where he lived until moving to Johnston City nine years ago. He taught Bible class at the Washington Avenue Baptist Church in Johnston City. Besides his wife, Sylvia Henson Jones, he is survived by two sons; Lester, Miami Fla., and Lowell, South Bend, Ind., a sister Mrs. Mary Jones, Lawrenceville, and a twin brother Cole Jones of this city. The body will lie in state at the Murman-Wilson funeral home in Johnston City Sunday after 4 pm. Funeral arrangements today were incomplete.
