Joseph Hocker Deed Solom Baghy

This Indenture Witnesseth that Joseph Hocker and Jesteen Hocker of Adams
County in the state of Indiana Cous and Warrant to Solon Boeghy of Adams
County in the state of Indiana for the Sum of Ninety Dollars the following
Real Estate in the town of Berne, Adams County State of Indiana to Wit.

Lot number ten (10) in Section thirty three (33) Township Twenty six
(26) North of Range fourteen (14) East.  In Witness Whereof the said Joseph
Hocker and Jesteen Hocker his wife have hereunto set their hands and seals
this 25th day of May 1881.

State of Indiana Adams County Before me Andrew Gottschalk a Justice of
the Peace in and for said county, this 25th day of May 1881 personally
appeared Joseph Hocker and Jesteen Hocker and acknowledged the Execution of
