Mrs. Jane Ross Harden, widow of William Harden, died this morning at 2 o'clock at the home of her son, Ross Harden, in Union Township, after an illness of several months from complications. Mrs. Harden had been ailing for several years, but only in recent months had her condition became such that she could not get about to visit her children, she having made her home with one or the another. The deceased was born September 5, 1834 , in Tuscarawas county, Ohio, the daughter of Richard and Sarah Burrell, and in young womanhood was married to William Harden, who died several years ago. Her age at death was eighty-five years, eight months and eight days. The following children survive: Lewis, William, Fremont and George Harden and Mesdames Leora Cassady and Anna May, all of Bluffton and Ross Harden of Union township. A daughter, Mrs. Edna Burger and a son, are deceased. Funeral services will be held Monday morning, leaving the home at 9:30 O'clock and 10 o'clock at the Pleasant Grove U. B. church. Rev. Sill pastor of the church, will officiate.
