Dull Know all men by these presents that we J. N. Rice and Polly Rice Wife of J. N. Rice of Allen County and State of Indiana Heirs at Law of the Estate of Catharine Dull heir at law of the Estate of Solomon Secrist Deceased late of Quincy Township Franklin County and State of Pennsylvania have nominated, constituted and appoint Joseph C. Dull of Bedford County Pennsylvania, our lawful attorney for us and in our names to ask demand receive and receipt for us and if necessary to sue in our names and prosecute to final issue or dec[?] in any **** of record for any moneys that may be due or coming to us of the dower of the widow of the above estate and we authorise our attorney on the receiving of any money to receipt and enter satisfaction for the same ratifying and confirming his acts in asking receiving and receipting for the same as though we did the same in our own name and proper person.
