Report of the Visiting Committee, House of Refuge of Western Pennsylvania at 
Morganza, Pa.: George Graham, whose case has been referred to the Committee for 
investigation.  Report that his father is not a citizen of this state.  He 
resides in Fort Wayne, Indiana.  Recommend that George be retained in the 
Refuge provided that his father pays all expenses for his keeping in advance, 
and be subject to all the rules, regulations & laws concerning the House of 
Refuge.  And if his father does not comply, he be discharged to his care.
