Arthur Webb Missing

A report was made to the police yesterday afternoon by M. E. Webb of Lawrence 
that his brother, Arthur Webb, had been missing from his home since Thursday, 
Sept. 10.  Webb attended the State Fair on that date and has not been seen 
since.  He is 50 years old, is 5 feet 7 inches tall, wears a dark suit and 
light gray hat and has a brown mustache.
