Special Telegram to the Inter-Ocean.

Fort Wayne, Ind., Nov. 21.

James Gillett, a resident of Eaton Rapids, Mich., while walking on the track 
of the Toledo, Wabash and Western Railroad, on Saturday afternoon, was run 
over by cars attached to a switching engine, cutting one leg and arm off. He 
died a few hours afterward.
