EMERICK

Mrs. Caroline E. Emerick died early Saturday morning at her home, 363 East 
Lewis street, from cancer of the liver.  Mrs. Emerick was fifty-two years of 
age.  She was the wife of August Emerick, gate keeper at the Lafayette street 
crossing of the Pennsylvania railroad company.  She was a native of Germany.  
Her husband and six children survive her.  The children are Mrs. Schaefer, 
Mrs. Sche--r and Frederick, August, Ida and Clara Emerick.

The funeral will be held Tuesday at 3 o'clock from the residence and 3:30 from 
the St. John's Lutheran church.
