Indianapolis;  Native of Hartford City; Survived by stepmother, Mrs. Mary 
Maddox of Hartford City, three sisters, Mrs. Harrietta Heath and Mrs. Helen 
Davison both of Parker and Miss Margaret Maddox of New Castle; two half 
sisters, Mrs. Barbara Fairmount, and Mrs. Dale Hunnicutt, Hartford City.  
Burial in IOOF Cemetery.
