STEPHEN ROBERTSON'S DECEASED -- WILL

I Stephen Robertson of the county of Brown in the State of Indiana do
make and publish this my last will and testiment hereby revoking and
making void all other wills by me at any time made.  First - I direct
that my body be d ecently entered ant tham my funeral be conducted in a
manner corresponding with my situation in life - and as to such worldly
Estate as it hath pleased God to intrust me with I do dispose with the
same in the manner Following To Wit -- I direct first that my funeral
expenses and just debts be paid as soon after my decease as possilbe
out of any money wich (sic), may come to the hands of my Executors
from any portions of my Estate real or personal ----I allso (sic)
direct that all my house hold and kitchen furniture and other personal
propety be and remain in the absolute property of my belowved wife is
she shall be living at the time of my decease but if she shall not
survive me then the same shall be equally divided between my he
irs equally but without sale.  I allso (sic) give and bequeth to my
wife if she shall survive me the neet proceeds of all my real estate
during her life time allso(sic) the full possesion (sic) and quiet
enjoyments of the possissions during here (sic) life time.  I all so
(sic) direct that my real estate after my decease and the death of my
wife be the property of my three sons.

Joseph - John - and Daniel to be equally divided amongst theme (sic)
share and share alike the amount thus bequethed.to my wife shale be in
lieu of here (sic) Dainer if she shall so elect - I also make and
ordain my wife the executor and Lazarus Robertson my Executors of this
my last will and Testament.

In witness whereof I Stephen Robertson the Testator have here unto set
my hand and seal this the 9th day of Jannaary (sic) 1833.

Signed sealed and published and declared by the above names Stephen
Robertson as his last will and testament in the presencer of us who
have hereunto Subscribe our names and witness in the presence of the
testators and in the presence of each other.
