Odell (1916) JOHN L. BAUM. John L. Baum was born near Delphi, July 8, 1830. He was married to Lydia Bragunier, in 1862. He was a member of the Delphi Baptist church for over fifty years. He was a member of Delphi Lodge No. 28, Independent Order of Odd Fellows for fifty-seven years. He was a son of David and Eliza Baum, who were pioneers of this county. He died on March 16, 1912, leaving his wife, one son and one daughter surviving.
