DAVID B. JULIEN.

   David B. Julien was born in Warren county, Ohio, June 6, 1824, and came to
Carroll county in 1843. He was a farmer. He was president of the Old Settler's
Society. He was one of the solid men of the county. He died on January 20, 1904.
