Odell (1916) LUCINDA KENDALL. Lucinda Kendall was born in Kentucky, December 5, 1809, and came to Carroll county, Indiana, in the year 1835, and settled in Rock Creek township, where she lived until her death, which occurred on February 20, 1907. She was the mother of thirteen children, four of whom survived her. At the time of her death she was the oldest person in the county. Her husband died many years prior to her death. Mrs. Kendall was truly a pioneer mother. She was loved and honored by her children and all who knew her.
