Betty Josephine Loer Perkins Carlton, died April 29, 2007, born June 29, 1922 
in Frankfort, Ind., (Clinton County). Retired JC Penney after 19 years sales 
clerk. Member Memorial United Methodist Church 40 years. Predeceased Her 
Parents and Son, Ronnie Perkins. Survivors: Daughter, Cathy Anderson; Step-
Daughters, Reba Platt, Gay Carlton and Fay Barger; Daughter-In-Law, Rebecca 
Perkins; 10 Grandchildren, 21 Great-Grandchildren and five Great-Great 
Grandchildren. Services 2 p.m., Sunday, May 6, 2007 at Wesley United Methodist 
Church, 6100 Memorial Highway, Tampa, Fl., 33615. Donations: Humane Society of 
Tampa Bay.
