Book L. Pages 295 to 297, Recites insolvency of Sam'l A. Rodarmel & Andrew 
Martin & Judgt vs them to Wm B. Butter & Abraham B. Coleman for $1729.40 & 
also vs Oscar F.R. & Lucinda R reciting that above conveyance being fraudulent 
was set aside & on Oct 25, 1859 sells to John Coffey For $1150 the above 
property & conveys same on same day.
