Valentine ("Tine") Myers BLINES was born on Feb. 12, 1893, in Washington, IN. He
died on Feb. 29, 1956, in Washington, IN. He was the son of William Edward BLINE
and Martha Jane (MEYERS/MYERS) BLINE. He married Rilla Shell CISSEL on Feb. 20,
1918.
