IN probate court And now at this time comes George Houts the acting administrator on the estate of William TRAYLOR, deceased, and presents here in court the folllowing receipts to wit: The receipt of the widow of said deceased for her two-thirds amounting to $83.95 The receipt of Uriah JOHNSON one of the heirs $20.56¼ " Caty B. TRAYLOR " $20.56¼ " George B. STUCKEY " $20.56¼ " Samuel M. STEVENSON " $20.56¼ " William G. HORRELL " $20.56¼ Amounting in all to the sum of $186.76¼ Which when deducted from the amount of the said estate at the last settlement leaves in the hands of the administrator $59.99¼ To which add interest, with which the adm(inistrato)r. charges himself $44.07 And the balance in his hands is $104.06¼ And hereupon, on motion, it is ordered, adjudged and decreed by the court, that the said adm(inistrato)r pay to the widow of said deceased, out of the interest above charged, the sum of $31.00 for maintaining schooling of the children of said deceased; that he pay the clerk of this amount the sum of $1.99¼ for the fee of this settlement r(e)c(eived). and that he be and is hereby allowed a credit for the receipt above filed amounting to $186.76¼. And hereupon the said administrator pays into the court here, the sum of $170.56¼ being the balance of said estate, which is ordered to be filed by the clerk subject to the order of this court in the premises. ************* Daviess Co.
