Muncie Star, 20 Feb 1919
DOWLING - The fuenral services over the remains of James ALbert Dowling, the 
civil war veteran, who died last Monday, were conducted from the Eighth Stret 
Christian Church yesterday afternoon at 2 o'clock with the Williams Post 
G.A.R. and the Rev. Christopher Brown in charge.  Burial was made in the Beech 
Grove Cemetery.
