Johnnie L. Robbins, 59, passed away Tuesday, July 7, 2015 
at I. U. Health Ball Memorial Hospital. (Muncie Indiana)

He was born March 29, 1956 to Lovell and Geneva (Dalton) Robbins.

Johnnie proudly served his country in the U. S. Marines as a sergeant having 
been awarded a Good Conduct Medal as well as receiving training in Tactics of 
the Marine Rifle Squad, The Marine NCO, Armory Procedures, and served as an 
Instructor of Rifle Marksmanship.

He had been a truck driver and had also worked at Duffy Tool.
Johnnie was a member of the American Legion and AMVETS.

Also he enjoyed playing golf and being with his dogs.

He is survived by his wife, whom he married March 4, 2004, 
Beth Robbins; 4 children; brother, Larry (Leslie) Stilts; 
sister, Rose (Chad) Robbins; several nieces and nephews; 
2 dogs, Sarge and Stella also survive.

Johnnie was preceded in death by his parents; sister, 
Ruth Byrd and identical twin brother, Jack Robbins.

Cremation was chosen.
Burial of ashes will take place at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 16, 2015 at Elm 
Ridge Memorial Park Cemetery. 4600 W. Kilgore Ave. Muncie, IN 47304 Family and 
friends are asked to arrive at Elm Ridge Funeral Home by 1:45 p.m. at which time 
you will be directed to the gravesite where military rites will be conducted.
