Muncie Press, July 18, 1922
The funeral of Edward Harold Schmid, 31, of 211 East Seymour street, who died 
Sunday morning at the Muncie Home hospital as a result of injuries suffered 
when a piece of steel penetrated his stomach while he was working at the 
Ontario Silver company, was held at 2:30 o'clock Tuesday afternoon at the home 
of his father, William A. Schmid, 1539 West Seventh street.  The Reverend W. 
J. Sayers of the Friends Memorial church and members of the Moose lodge were 
in charge.  Burial was in Beech Grove cemetery.
