ORDA DAVIS STAFFORD Just eight months after her marriage Orda I. Davis Stafford died this morning at 2:30 o'clock at her home seven miles north of Muncie. She was the wife of Lowell Stafford, violinist at the Star theater and teacher of violin, and until her marriage had lived from girlhood with her uncle, Albert L. Davis and MRs. Davis in Muncie. She was a graduate of the Royerton High school and as Miss Orda Davis was widely known both in the country and in Muncie. Mrs. Stafford was 21 years old. The surviving relatives include the husband, the mother, Mrs. Josephine Nichols, and the following uncles and aunts, Albert L. Davis of Muncie, Evington E. Davis, Indianapolis, Mrs. Elmer E. Botkin, Muncie, Mrs. Jesse Jones, Wabash, and Mrs. Samuel C. Harper, Mooresville. The funeral service will be held in the residence at 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon in charge of the Rev. William F. Sayers of the Friends Memorial church. Burial will take place in Beech Grove cemetery.
