Delaware Co. Marriage Book 14, p. 50
Mack McClellan to Dora Frye} BE IT REMEMBERED, That heretofore, to wit: On the 
16th day of September, A.D. 1901 the following Marriage License was issued, to 
wit:  
INDIANA, TO WIT: DELAWARE COUNTY, SS:  TO ALL WHO SHALL SEE THESE PRESENTS, 
GREETING:  KNOW YE, That any person legally authorized to solemnize marriages, 
is hereby licensed to join in marriage as Husband and Wife, Mr. Mack McClellan 
and Miss Dora Frye and for so doing this shall be his sufficient authority.

IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I George R. Mansfield, Clerk of the Delaware Circuit 
Court, hereunto subscribe my name and affix the seal of said Court, at Muncie 
this 16th day of September 1901.  Signed: Geo. R. Mansfield, Clerk

BE IT FURTHER REMEMBERED, That afterwards, towit: On the 17th day of September 
1901, the following Certificate of Marriage was filed in my office, to-wit:
INDIANA, TO-WIT: DELAWARE COUNTY,SS:
THIS CERTIFIES, THAT I joined in Marraige as Husband and Wife, Mr. Mack 
McClellan and Miss Dora Fry on the 16th day of Sept. 1901.
