Delaware Co. Marriage Book 3, p.400
Nathaniel Jackson to Lydia Lamb} BE IT REMEMBERED, That On this 25 day of 
March, A.D. 1858 the following Marriage License was issued, to wit:  
INDIANA, TO WIT: DELAWARE COUNTY, SS:  TO ALL WHO SHALL SEE THESE PRESENTS, 
GREETING:  KNOW YE, That any person legally authorized to solemnize matrimony, 
is hereby licensed to join in marriage as Husband and Wife, Nathaniel Jackson 
and Lydia Lamb and for so doing this shall be his sufficient authority.

IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I Thomas J. Matthews, Clerk of the Delaware Circuit 
Court, hereunto subscribe my name and affix the seal of said Court, at Muncie 
this 26th day of March 1858.  Signed: Thomas J. Matthews, Clerk

BE IT FURTHER REMEMBERED, That afterwards, towit: On the 13th day of May 1858, 
the following Certificate of Marriage was filed in my office, to-wit:
INDIANA, TO-WIT: DELAWARE COUNTY,SS:
THIS CERTIFIES, THAT I joined in Marraige as Husband and Wife, Nathaniel 
Jackson and Lydia Lamb on the 30th day of March 1858.
