PARKISON-SPANN
Mr. Thomas Brady Parkison and Miss Katie Spann of Yorktown, were married 
yesterday evening at the home of the bride's parents at 5:30 o'clock p.m. by 
the Rev. Geo. A. Little, of this city.  Miss Spann is the daughter of Dr. Geo. 
Spann, of Yorktown, and is a great favorite among her many friends in that 
vicinity.  Mr. Parkison has been a successful merchant in Yorktown for a 
number of years, and has the confidence and respect of all who know him.  The 
young couple start on life's journey with the prospect of happy lives.  Good 
wishes were showered upon them by the pleasant company assembled, and the 
Times joins in wishing them a life of unalloyed pleasure.
