Elkhart Truth March 10, 1922
The petition of Mr. and Mrs. Aaron Lantz of Goshen to adopt Dolores Virginia 
Truax, who was born on November 17, 1920, was granted by Judge W. B. Hile of 
the superior court today.  The father, Forrest Truax is in St. Joseph Mich., 
and has given consent to the adoption.  The mother was in court and also 
consented to the adoption.  R. E. Proctot was attorney for the petitioners.
