South Bend Tribune 19 Sep 1925
David Annis, age 58, died suddenly Thursday evening at his home in Edwardsburg 
Mich....He suffered from leakage of the heart for sometime , this disease 
causing his death while attending a church supper near his home.  Mrs. Elmer 
Hepler, 529 Clay street, a sister, survives....
