Goshen Daily News 6 Apr 1914
Mrs. Katherine Boon, who was 76 years old Saturday, died at the home of her 
sister, Mrs. John Warner, 1304 S. Main St, Sunday morning at 4 o'clock. Mrs. 
Boon had resided on a farm near Wakarusa until last September when she came to 
Goshen.  Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Susan Anglin and Mrs. Arville 
Yettier of Stony Point, Mrs. Lydia Clark of Wisconsin, and Mrs. Julia Love of 
Millersburg; a son John Boon of Stony Point, 19 grandchildren and ten great 
grandchildren.  Funeral services will be held Tuesday morning at 9 at the 
church of the Brethren, corner of 5th and Clinton St. Friends will meet at the 
residence at 8 o'clock.  Rev. Hirmon Forney will officiate at the funeral and 
burial will be made at the Stony Point cemetery, 8 miles west of Leesburg.
