The deceased had resided on the West side for 30 years being a gardener. He was one of 17 children, being survived by five brothers and four sisters. He also leaves his wife and 11 children, 8 sons, Israel, Joseph W., Melvin, Edward, Samuel, Sylvanus, Emanuel and Alvin, all of this vicinity except Joe of Ramey, Minn., and three daughters, Mrs. Amos Miller, Mrs. L. E. Albright and Mrs. C. Yoder all of Goshen. His brothers are Tobias, Noah, Sol, Jacob and Ben and his sisters, Mrs. John Warner, Mrs. Adam Keifer, Mrs. John Hoovens and Mrs. Bohn of Kankakee, IL, the others being all of this vicinity.
