Main street, from a paralytic stroke, after an illness of three weeks. She was born in Kosciusko County February 3, 1865, the daughter of Solomon and Margaret Hepler. March 30, 1884 she was married to Levi Deisch at Nappanee. Mrs. Deisch had lived at her present location 22 years. She is survived by her husband, two daughters, Mrs. Maggie Blessing of Nappanee and Mrs. Eva Lemma of South Bend, one son Henry Franklin Deisch of Bourbon; one sister Mrs. Elizabeth Gelander of Rensselaer; 14 grandchildren and a great grandchild; two daughters Bessie Deisch and Mrs. Bertha Burgener, preceded her in death. The body will lie in state at the home until the hour of the service at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Evangelical church with the Rev. W. E. Snyder officiating. Interment will be in the Hepton Cemetery. She was a member of the Evangelical church for 40 years.
