Godshalk, 74, who for a number of years prior to 1903 lived on a farm just south of Elkhart, died Wednesday at his home, 960 East Fourth street, Mishawaka. He had been an invalid from paralysis for seven years, and death was hastened by the facture of his hip in a fall two weeks ago. The funeral will be held Friday, with a service at the home at 1 p.m. and another at 2 o'clock at the coalbush Evangelical church, three miles south of Mishawaka. Burial will be in the Ferrisville cemetery. Surviving Mr. Godshalk, who was born on a farm one mile west of Wakarusa, Nov 13, 1862, are his wife, Alice (Martin) Godshalk; two daughters, Mrs. John Johnson of Mishawaka and Mabel Godshalk, at the parental home, and two sons, Clem and Floyd Godshalk, both of Mishawaka.
